ICE’s Australia division was awarded the 2017 Feefo accolade for their Cruise Megastore & MY241 Rewards brands.
In early February, ICE’s Australia office secured a Feefo Trusted Service Award for their Cruise Megastore and My241 Rewards brands. This prestigious award is an independent seal of excellence that recognizes businesses for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The Trusted Service Award was created by Feefo, a global review and customer analytics solution that businesses use to collect genuine, purchase-confirmed ratings and reviews regarding their products and services. A badge of honor, all Trusted Service accolades are awarded purely on the interactions with verified customers and are given to organizations based on their outstanding performance.
Both ICE Australia’s Cruise Megastore and My241 Rewards programs surpassed the necessary criteria and secured a 2017 Trusted Service win.
