Since joining arrivia in 2020, Mike has helped shape the company into a global force in travel loyalty and cruise solutions, with a strong focus on technology led growth. During his tenure, the company has invested in new capabilities, generated new partnerships, and completed a major brand transformation. Mike’s leadership emphasizes operational discipline and a customer-first mindset, scaling a modern platform that supports millions of members and delivers rewards for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Looking ahead, Mike is leading arrivia toward building a smarter, more connected loyalty platform. He is driving the company’s shift toward an “intelligent operating system,” overseeing significant investments in Agentic AI and booking intelligence to improve how members are supported and how partners grow. By pairing advanced technology with arrivia’s global travel supply, Mike is focused on keeping the company ahead of the curve as digital expectations continue to evolve.

Prior to joining arrivia, Mike served as CEO of the global travel insurance business at Allianz, where he led the organization to a top market share position and more than tripled its U.S. revenue. He was also a member of the management team that launched Orbitz, serving in key leadership roles including Global Chief Operating Officer and President of Partner Services during a tenure that saw the company grow to over $11 billion in gross bookings.

Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and an undergraduate accounting degree, both from the University of Minnesota.

He works closely with teams to ensure capital is used wisely to support advancements like Agentic AI and booking intelligence. His approach helps make sure the company’s push toward more tech-enabled loyalty systems is backed by a strong, data-driven financial foundation.

Prior to joining arrivia, Jonathan served as CFO of VisiQuate, a healthcare analytics platform acquired by Accel-KKR, where he led a comprehensive financial and operational turnaround. He has held CFO roles in multiple investor-backed organizations, leading M&A transactions and complex post-acquisition integrations across the SaaS and enterprise technology sectors. Jonathan is an active and licensed Arizona C.P.A.

Prior to joining arrivia, Ganesh led the B2B product portfolio at Expedia Group, where he supported major brands including Amex, Chase, Walmart+, AARP, Delta, and United Airlines. He has also held executive product and technology leadership roles at Amazon, Twitch, Core Scientific, and Woot, specializing in launching transformational products and leading large-scale growth initiatives across the travel, fintech, and ecommerce industries.
