Chief Executive Officer
Since joining arrivia in 2020, Mike has helped shape the company into a global force in travel loyalty and cruise solutions, with a strong focus on technology led growth. During his tenure, the company has invested in new capabilities, generated new partnerships, and completed a major brand transformation. Mike’s leadership emphasizes operational discipline and a customer-first mindset, scaling a modern platform that supports millions of members and delivers rewards for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Looking ahead, Mike is leading arrivia toward building a smarter, more connected loyalty platform. He is driving the company’s shift toward an “intelligent operating system,” overseeing significant investments in Agentic AI and booking intelligence to improve how members are supported and how partners grow. By pairing advanced technology with arrivia’s global travel supply, Mike is focused on keeping the company ahead of the curve as digital expectations continue to evolve.
Prior to joining arrivia, Mike served as CEO of the global travel insurance business at Allianz, where he led the organization to a top market share position and more than tripled its U.S. revenue. He was also a member of the management team that launched Orbitz, serving in key leadership roles including Global Chief Operating Officer and President of Partner Services during a tenure that saw the company grow to over $11 billion in gross bookings.
Mike holds an MBA with a concentration in finance and an undergraduate accounting degree, both from the University of Minnesota.
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan leads the financial strategy behind arrivia’s growing global loyalty platform, making sure the business is built to expand with purpose and discipline. As CFO, he’s focused on sharp decision making and clear visibility across the organization, helping teams understand how and where the company invests as it grows. Through strong financial frameworks and value driven planning, Jonathan supports arrivia’s goal of reshaping travel loyalty through innovation and global expansion.
As arrivia continues its digital evolution, Jonathan plays a key role in tying financial strategy directly to technology investment. He works closely with teams to ensure capital is used wisely to support advancements like Agentic AI and booking intelligence. His approach helps make sure the company’s push toward more tech-enabled loyalty systems is backed by a strong, data-driven financial foundation.
Prior to joining arrivia, Jonathan served as CFO of VisiQuate, a healthcare analytics platform acquired by Accel-KKR, where he led a comprehensive financial and operational turnaround. He has held CFO roles in multiple investor-backed organizations, leading M&A transactions and complex post-acquisition integrations across the SaaS and enterprise technology sectors. Jonathan is an active and licensed Arizona C.P.A.
Jonathan is active Arizona CPA and holds an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and dual undergraduate degrees in Accountancy and Finance from Northern Arizona University.
Chief Product & Technology Officer
Ganesh leads arrivia’s technology direction, shaping the product strategy and roadmap that power the company’s next phase of growth. He’s focused on building scalable, high-performing systems that drive real value for partners and make the member experience smoother and smarter. With a strong emphasis on technical flexibility and innovation, Ganesh is helping ensure arrivia’s platform can scale globally while still moving fast like a tech‑first company.
Today, Ganesh is leading a major digital shift, bringing Agentic AI and machine learning into the core of arrivia’s product suite. Hands-on in his approach, he’s driving the development of booking intelligence and lifecycle marketing tools designed to simplify complex travel loyalty workflows. His vision is centered on using smart, data-driven technology to create a platform that’s more intuitive, predictive, and easier to use for both partners and members.
Prior to joining arrivia, Ganesh led the B2B product portfolio at Expedia Group, where he supported major brands including Amex, Chase, Walmart+, AARP, Delta, and United Airlines. He has also held executive product and technology leadership roles at Amazon, Twitch, Core Scientific, and Woot, specializing in launching transformational products and leading large-scale growth initiatives across the travel, fintech, and ecommerce industries.
Ganesh holds an MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business and dual degrees in Computer Science and Biological Sciences from BITS Pilani in India.
Chief Marketing Officer
Jeff is a strategic and operational marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience growing both B2B and B2C brands. Throughout his time at arrivia, he’s played a key role in the company’s growth by building high-performing marketing engines that connect global brands with their members. With a strong focus on customer experience, Jeff has helped scale arrivia’s brand portfolio and ensure loyalty solutions deliver real value at every stage of the member journey.
Today, Jeff is focused on using modern marketing technology and automation to create more personalized, innovative and data-driven experiences. He’s driving the use of digital tools and predictive analytics to modernize how members engage with travel rewards, helping bridge traditional loyalty with what comes next. His work supports a more tech-forward ecosystem that helps partners better understand and meet member needs in real time.
Prior to his leadership roles at arrivia, Jeff served as SVP of Marketing for Snaptracs, a former subsidiary of Qualcomm.
Jeff attended the University of Central Florida where he studied Business Management and Marketing.
Chief Legal & Administrative Officer
Trevor plays a key role in building the structure that allows arrivia to grow and move fast, overseeing the company’s global legal, administrative, and people teams. He’s been central to guiding the company through major acquisitions, complex partnerships, and rapid global expansion. With a practical, business-first approach to compliance and governance, Trevor helps ensure arrivia has the solid foundation needed to scale as a global, tech-driven organization.
As arrivia continues to push forward with technology, innovation and automation, Trevor is focused on making sure the company’s people and operating structure keep pace. He works to align talent strategy, organizational design, and internal systems with the demands of a high-growth, digital-first environment from total rewards to talent management. His leadership helps ensure that arrivia’s move toward advanced automation and AI is supported by a strong legal framework and a team built to grow with it.
Prior to joining arrivia, Trevor served as in-house counsel for CNA National and is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California.
Trevor holds a Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law and dual undergraduate degrees in Economics and Sociology from Regis University in Colorado.

Ashley leads executive business management for arrivia’s most important domestic and international partnerships, playing a key role in how the business scales alongside its technology. With a strong grasp of internal operations across sales, marketing, and product, she’s able to drive complex initiatives with precision and follow-through. Her focus on performance and smart expansion has been critical to growing global partnerships and delivering lasting value for clients.
As arrivia moves deeper into its digital evolution, Ashley is focused on making sure partners are fully connected to the company’s expanding technology ecosystem. Managing Director, Asia Pacific, India, and UK
Since joining arrivia in 2005, John has played a key role in driving the company’s international growth while maintaining strong operational foundations. After serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Scottsdale headquarters, he relocated in 2015 to lead expansion efforts across Australia’s Gold Coast, Asia-Pacific, India, and the UK. His leadership has been critical to scaling arrivia’s global footprint, ensuring regional teams operate with both financial discipline and consistency across the broader organization.
As arrivia continues to evolve its global loyalty platform, John is focused on making sure new technology and digital capabilities translate smoothly across international markets. He works closely with regional and enterprise leaders to guide investment decisions, business development, and vendor relationships throughout Asia-Pacific. By balancing local market needs with the company’s broader tech and digital objectives, John helps ensure partners and members experience the same high standard of value and reliability, no matter where they are in the world.
Prior to joining the organization, John gained extensive financial experience in leadership roles at Price Waterhouse and Bell Sports.
John holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island.
Chief Customer Operations Officer
Nick has been a steady force behind arrivia’s global service delivery for more than 15 years, leading contact center operations at scale. He’s played a central role in expanding the sales and service organization across five international locations, including building and supporting a large home-based agent network. By leading an experienced team of operations leaders, Nick helps ensure that quality, performance, and consistency stay front and center for both global partners and millions of members.
As arrivia shifts toward a more tech-driven service model, Nick is focused on bringing automation and AI-powered tools into day-to-day omni-channel operations. He’s using these capabilities to improve workforce management and modernize how members are supported, making service more seamless and efficient. His leadership helps keep arrivia’s large, multi-national operations flexible and responsive as the company rolls out the next generation of booking and support intelligence.
Prior to joining arrivia, Nick managed marketing and contact center operations for Marriott Vacation Club, including the launch of their Asia Pacific division. He also held leadership roles at Accor Vacation Club, where he specialized in building successful multi-national service environments. His international experience spans the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Asia, giving him a unique perspective on managing high-performance teams across diverse global markets.
Nick holds dual undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Ball State University.
Executive Vice President, Software Engineering
Shawn leads the engineering backbone behind arrivia’s global technology platforms, overseeing how the company designs, builds, and scales its systems. He started his career at arrivia more than 20 years ago as a software engineer and has grown into a senior technology leader, guiding high-performing delivery teams along the way. Shawn has been deeply involved in executing complex integrations with major partners, including American Express and USAA, helping ensure the platform grows reliably as the partner network expands.

Shawn has a deep history with arrivia, having risen through the organization in various leadership roles since 2005. Before his long tenure at the company, he held software engineering and IT leadership positions at firms such as Computer Guidance Corporation, CAST, and NetWolves, where he specialized in developing large-scale technical solutions and adopting Agile methodologies.

Benito leads arrivia’s global technical foundation, overseeing IT and security operations that keep the company’s platforms running reliably and securely at scale. With more than 20 years of experience, he manages the IT, Security, and Business Intelligence teams, making sure the technology roadmap stays tightly aligned with broader business goals. Benito has played a key role in major initiatives like disaster recovery planning, cloud security upgrades, and improving global service management across the organization.
As arrivia moves faster into its digital future, Benito is focused on making sure automation and AI are built on a strong, secure, and resilient infrastructure. He leads the rollout of analytics-driven automation efforts and oversees the core systems needed to support next generation technology safely. Benito has specialized in building and leading large-scale IT and security operations for global enterprises like Tech Mahindra and Accenture. His expertise is focused on implementing transformational technology programs in cloud initiatives, identity

He is recognized for his ability to build high-performing creative teams that bridge the gap between human-centered design and emerging technologies like AI.
