He is responsible for driving growth, shaping business strategy, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional travel experiences across the organization's retail portfolio.

With more than 14 years of leadership experience at Bon Voyage Travel, Ryan has built deep expertise in the cruise industry and developed strong relationships across the travel supplier ecosystem. Under his leadership, the business has continued to evolve while maintaining its commitment to personalized service, industry expertise, and customer satisfaction.

Ryan is focused on combining the high-touch service and trusted advisor model that have long defined premium travel with innovative digital capabilities that meet the needs of today's travelers. His leadership helps position arrivia to serve a broad range of customers while continuing to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner in leisure travel.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, magna cum laude, and a Master of Science in Educational Psychology from the University of Arizona. A dedicated Wildcat supporter, he remains actively engaged with the University of Arizona community and athletics programs.
