News from the Igloo: Brittany

ICE has a lot of great team members. Some team members are hired in sales, love it and stay in that department throughout their careers. Some, find success in other areas of the business.  Our team members are what truly makes ICE a diverse and unique place to work.

We have some pretty amazing people with many backgrounds and different personalities who have a real passion for what they do. So, we thought what better way to show who we are?

Introducing, Brittany!

Brittany

What would your autobiography be called?

The life of Brittany.

Current Position: Executive Assistant

Original Position: Line Cook in the Blue Water Cafe

My ICE Story:

I started my employment with ICE back in May of 2014 in our Blue Water Café as the front line cook. Then worked my way out onto the floor as a Concierge Representative where I worked closely with all of the outside vendors, all charity events, spiff processes, appointment calendars, and everyday needs for the ICE employees. After about a year with the Concierge Department, I was given the opportunity to work with the Training Department as the Training Coordinator. In this position, I ensured that all new hires were settled into their first days at ICE. I was responsible for the Technology Action Forms for the new hires in Scottsdale, Phoenix, Orlando, and Mexico offices. One of my other responsibilities were preparing all training materials for the classes at our Scottsdale and Phoenix locations. In August 2016, I decided to take a leap and apply to be the Executive Assistant for Nick Kuhl – SVP of IB Sales and Operations. In my current position, I not only get to assist Nick but other SVPs, VPs, and Directors on the sales floor. A few of my duties are: preparing and managing our Elite program, Quarterly Rewards and Recognition dinner, as well as our Spiff Program. I could not have gotten where I am today at ICE if it wasn’t for my co-worker, my friend – Nicole C. Her support drove me to go outside my comfort zone and do things I would otherwise not attempt. It is with that support that I have learned that I can do whatever it is that I put my mind to!
