With over two decades of executive leadership experience in marketing strategy and operations, Jeff Zotara is a seasoned growth architect recognized for transforming global brands at the intersection of travel, technology, and loyalty. He joined arrivia with an extensive background in leading high-performance marketing organizations across both B2B and B2C sectors, combining data-driven insight with innovative technology to scale customer acquisition and retention.

Before joining arrivia, Jeff served as Chief Marketing Officer at SOR Technology, where he led the company’s digital transformation and expanded its market share through a sophisticated private-label technology platform strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Snaptracs, an IoT technology firm formerly owned by Qualcomm, where he helped define go-to-market frameworks that advanced consumer adoption and drove product innovation.
