Employer-Sponsored Travel Benefits Help Recruit, Retain, and Engage Workers

In today’s highly competitive labor market, some companies are introducing employee benefits beyond the traditional ones and turning toward lifestyle benefits that promote a better work-life balance. Expanding benefit packages to include perks and incentives such as travel, allows employees to disconnect and enjoy their lives outside of work. These types of programs help companies achieve their recruitment and retention goals, too.
