Current Position: Memberships Marketing Manager
Original Position: Account Manager
My ICE Story: I began my career with ICE in 2010 as an account manager for Dynasty Memberships. After being promoted into management over seven years ago, I have had the honor and privilege of leading the most dynamic sales teams in the same department where I began my career. My biggest achievement at ICE has been leading a talented and self-motivated group that have truly inspired me year after year.
In the beginning of 2018 I was promoted to Marketing Manager of Consumer Marketing, directly responsible for driving calls to the teams that I once led. Each day is a triumph as I can collaborate with such a talented marketing team and watch every milestone and ‘win’ for ICE. My personal motto is that we rise by lifting others, and with that mentality, our efforts as an organization are limitless.

Before working at ICE, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had? I once did an event “promo” for Gold Peak Iced Team at the Washington DC BBQ and met Bobby Flay! I was in college and traveling over the summer with no job, so I got pretty Craigslist savvy during that summer.
Favorite vacation you’ve ever taken: 10 days in Hilo/Kona, HI. (With no cell phone) It was amazing!
Favorite restaurant in Arizona: Bandera
Name one thing you’ve always wanted to try, but have not yet: Hiking Havasupai Falls
Do you have any life hacks? The BEST life hack is a Crock Pot!
If you were famous, what would it be for? Creating something amazing and useful.
What are some side projects or hobbies you have outside of work? Photography, Cooking & Entertaining
What is your favorite ICE amenity? The masseuse!
What has been your favorite project and why? Being involved in the development of new products for ICE through the WOW (Women on their Way) committee. There is nothing more gratifying than being a part of a good idea that maximizes your passion and contribution to the organization.
Do you have any advice for prospective ICE candidates? Your career with ICE is a two-way street. Our organization values creativity and hard work – we also recognize and understand that it can come from all areas of the company, as it should! Be good to ICE and ICE will be good to you and always, always, always strive to create value.
